3. Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To register for a dkk33 account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and set a password. The mobile number you register becomes your unique account identifier and is used for all account communications, including login OTPs, withdrawal notifications, and support correspondence. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number active and accessible.

• Each mobile number may be associated with only one dkk33 account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using the same number, or different numbers linked to the same individual, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• You must notify dkk33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• dkk33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses occurred prior to the notification described above, unless directly caused by dkk33's own negligence.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. dkk33 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms.

• dkk33 may close accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other fraudulent activity. In such cases, any balance — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Where dkk33 closes an account under these provisions, it will conduct a full investigation. If the investigation determines no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned.

• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including funding from the proceeds of crime.
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification, including but not limited to using another person's identity, forging documents, or providing an incorrect date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age restriction.

All intellectual property rights in the dkk33 platform, including but not limited to the dkk33 brand, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, and written content, are and remain the exclusive property of dkk33 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in dkk33's intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Amendments

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. dkk33's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
